We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery which is currently free. Please allow us 24 hours to pick and pack your item, thank you. You will receive your order within 4 - 7 days depending on where you live in the UK.

RETURN POLICY
STATUTORY RIGHTS
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within a 14 day window beginning with the day you receive the item. Please inform us of any returns within 14 days using the Contact Form and return the item within 28 days. Thank you.

EXCHANGES
Please note that we do not do exchanges but prefer to refund our customer who then may choose to purchase an alternative item.

REFUNDS:

CANCELLATION
For cancellations you will be refunded for the items only, not the cost of sending the item back to us. Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete. Items must not have any signs of use or damage.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
You will receive a full refund, including the costs of sending the item back to us if defective, damaged, or if you have been sent an incorrect item.
